Onboard to Sell is a 42-day training program designed to get brand-new team members confident and producing fast. Over six weeks, they’ll learn how to run the Raw New Auto Conversation, overcome common objections, and manage their sales pipeline effectively. In the second half of the program, they’ll focus on identifying service opportunities and pivoting those into sales, using plays like Mortgage Protection, Auto Loan Protection, and Youthful Driver. Each cohort is capped to keep the group small and hands-on, so every team member gets personalized coaching and support. By the end of the 42 days, they’ll be able to build rapport, uncover customer needs, and confidently close business.

Schedule: Onboard to Sell meets twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, for 60-minute live training sessions.

 

Sales Accelerator Bootcamp

Sales Accelerator
is a 30-day advanced training program for experienced team members who are ready to grow their pipeline and increase production—especially in life and health. Over four weeks, they’ll learn how to refine their Raw New acquisition process, tailor their approach based on lead type, and handle objections with more control and confidence. In the second half of the program, they'll focus on onboarding reviews, service pivoting, and proactive list work to expand households and write more financial services. Each cohort is kept small and hands-on, giving team members personalized coaching, script support, and real strategies used by top producers. By the end of the month, they’ll walk away with a proven system to self-generate leads, close more business, and consistently level up.

Life Premium

Producer Bootcamp 

With Jordyn & Megan



Life Premium Producer
 is a 30-day intensive program designed to turn team members into consistent high-premium life producers. Over four weeks, they’ll master how to run Annual Life Reviews that generate more premium, keep calendars filled with quality review appointments, and leverage Issuance Reviews to uncover additional opportunities. Along the way, they’ll learn how to increase policy size by presenting term bumps, ROP, and permanent options, while building a repeatable “life funnel” that multiplies future production. Each cohort is capped at just 10 participants, with two live interactive sessions per week for personalized coaching, scripts, and pivot strategies developed alongside top producers. By the end of the program, team members walk away with a proven, premium-focused system they can use immediately to drive results year after year.
