Onboard to Sell is a 42-day training program designed to get brand-new team members confident and producing fast. Over six weeks, they’ll learn how to run the Raw New Auto Conversation, overcome common objections, and manage their sales pipeline effectively. In the second half of the program, they’ll focus on identifying service opportunities and pivoting those into sales, using plays like Mortgage Protection, Auto Loan Protection, and Youthful Driver. Each cohort is capped to keep the group small and hands-on, so every team member gets personalized coaching and support. By the end of the 42 days, they’ll be able to build rapport, uncover customer needs, and confidently close business.
